Putting my money where other's mouths are

Sustainability, recycling, whole foods, healthy foods, local and organic, vegan or not, gluten free or not, free range, ethically raised, delicious, fun, fast, fabulous, educational....

That's what I'm trying to create.  Someplace to get a great meal in my town full of unhealthy, overpriced, boring, chain restaurants.

 I'm trying to find something like micro loans to finance this less painfully and make it sustainable in more ways than one - like being in a green building... That means I may need to become a developer (GASP!) as well.  

 But - if I build a strip center, it will be Green, energy efficient, water efficient, etc.  Wheras if I rent at someone else's strip mall, I'll be subject to however they've built - effieciently or not. 

Does anyone out there have any interest in discussing this?  Ideas?  Suggestions?  Millions of dollars sitting around??  I'd say just kidding, but actually, I'm not.
